Bina - Vino de Pasto 2024 Cream after which it is left100% Palomino Fino. Old vines planted on Cerro de Obispo, a legendary piece of hillside of the equally legendary Macharnudo vineyard (orientated southeast and pruned in the local 'vara y pulgar' way). Albariza Tosca de Barajuela soil. Picked by hand. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine is aged under flor for a further year in 80 year old sherry barrels.
