It's set with a triumvirate of blue sapphire, natural pearl, and old cut diamond, with stones set in silver (15k gold backed) designed to imitate ribbons. The chain is detachable from two points at the top of the pendant, and fittings screw into the back for wear as a brooch. The lavalier necklace is named after Duchess
