The wine was conceptualized to highlight the special terroir of the 'Autre Cru' villages of Vindey and Montgeux, which contribute honeyed citrus and a mineral driven freshness, respectively. This is the perfect wine to serve as an apritif alongside soft ripened, creamy cow's milk
