A Luftwaffe Panzer Badge, Special Grade for 75 Engagements, 1957 Version consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Footnote: The Anti-Communist Volunteer Militia(Panzerkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe mit Einsatzzahl 75 1957 Ausfhrung). Constructed of gilded, silvered, and toned bronze, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 50 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), demonstrating evidence of the removal of a Heer eagle from the obverse and replacement with a Luftwaffe variant, an unusual example in better than very fine condition.
