Japan, Empire. An Order of the Golden Kite, IV. Class, c.1920 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac officially known as the XIV( (Kinshi kunsho). Instituted on February 12th, 1890. (c. 1920 issue).
