It is likely that this unique porcelain sign was produced sometime between 1930-1950

a symbol for the longstanding HVAC company of Milwaukee

The wood box measures 15" W x 8" D x 4"H

Wallace company likely originates from some point in the early 20th century when R. Wallace was producing silver soldered goods in quantity. The candlesticks have tarnish but could be cleaned by the end user. One of the candlesticks is slightly dented, as photographed, at the top opening.
