The fabric is a soft cotton with a medium weight and an off white tone. The blouse is nicely built with lovely details, a small tailor collar, nice tiny buttons, ruffles at the wrists. The size is a small size. This textile is in a gorgeous timeworn condition with a couple of tiny rust spots, reflected in the price. I have freshly laundered and
