Moya Meaker Pinot Noir Elgin, 2021 nero buono Takes the concept of ‘everydayThis wine is made of 100% Pinot Noir. The wine is very lightly extracted after just 10 days of skin contact, and full of fruit. It also sees contact with its lees for 11 months, for a wonderful depth of texture. Bright cherry, blood orange, rose petal, and earthy spice notes come through on the palate, accentuated by a silky chewiness. This wine would do great with a slight chill and some stuffed eggplant.
