c. 1929 Belmet Rollodor Self-Balancing Ashtray Arts and Crafts 5"W x 6"D x 3This ashtray was developed for traincar use by Belmet Products in 1929. The ashtray self balances and always remains upright. Additionally, the ashtray rolls with a light push so that it can be passed around. The top of the ashtray can be pushed down to dispose of ash into the cup. A matchbox is below the cup, as seen in the photographs, that can have it's top lifted up to retrieve the contents. The ashtray has significant weight at about 17 lbs. and
