CHARACTERISTICS The BB Ev Birra Barley Wine is characterized by the use of German malts and hops, to which Sapa di Nasco is added, a traditional fortified wine, produced in the Cagliari area. It is a top fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized beer. Color: deep and dense amber with beige, fine and very persistent foam Perfume: black cherry and morello cherry
