It is an elegant red wine, produced with native yeasts without filtration. Tight, harmonious, fine and fresh, pleasantly rustic, with hints of wild berries, dark herbs and scrub. It is an organic wine, made with old style artisanal methods. Aging: 15 to 18 months in old barrique and then in
